Jalapeno Popper Dip
Adapted from Simply Gourmet
- 6-8 slices of bacon, cooked and diced crispy
- 16 ounces of cream cheese, soft
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 4-6 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions
Topping:
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well. I used a fork since my cream cheese wasn't so soft.
Transfer to a pie plate or oven proof dish.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle on the top. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with Ritz crackers.
